Columns and Railings by Superior Aluminum Products, Inc. are manufactured
from the highest quality aluminum alloy by skilled craftsmen to meet the
highest standards of workmanship of the industry.

The painted finish on all products manufactured by Superior Aluminum
Products, Inc. is unconditionally guaranteed for one year against cracking,
peeling, chipping or crazing. The pretreatment used for pained products is
a "Chromate Conversion Coating" which provides a protective coating between
the baked-on enamel finish and the aluminum.

Columns and Railings by Superior Aluminum re also guaranteed for the same
period of time against defects in workmanship and/or materials.

Should the product fail in accordance with any of the above conditions, the
manufacturer, Superior Aluminum Products, Inc. guarantees replacement or
renewal of the defective parts. Notice of such failure shall be sent to the
manufacturer in writing, together with proof of purchase and shall specify
the nature of the defect and when it was first observed.

Should the product be improperly installed Superior shall not be responsible
for guaranteed performance or appearance of the material. Neither does this
guarantee apply where failure or damage is due to improper use or
application, abuse, or misuse, or acts of God.

Superior reserves the right to request the return of the product,
transportation charges prepaid, for the purpose of inspecting the material
to determine the validity of the claim.

Upon validation of a claim by Superior replacement will be made from the
factory, only for material which shall be returned to the factory at Russia,
Ohio, transportation charges prepaid. Materials must not be returned to the
factory without prior authorization from Superior.

The above constitutes the complete warranty by the manufacturer and no other
agreement, written or implied, is valid. This warranty can not be
transferred.
