Cut the sections of each column in size, lock them together and slip them into the caps and bases. For All-Snap colums, simply snap column staves together, then position and snap the caps and bases in place after the column is located in position. on panel columns, it will be necessary to attach top and bottom trim panels in recessed areas prior to slipping the cap and base over the assembled column ends. that's all there is to it.
